And it is about using bots, AI… to rethink and redesign Procurement, or at least the experience of working with Procurement in organizations. One of the use case is similar to the one in your response and is related to “guided buying”.
I am not sure if the use cases in my article are part of the 80% that Phil Libin talks about.
I am actually curious to know what you or Phil Libin think of what would make a use case a good or poor candidate for Conversational UX.
